GODWIN TOM TALENT MANAGEMENT AND FLY BOI MUSIC PRESENTS... PRINCE HAKEEM

Prince Hakeem, born Tajudeen Afolabi Baiyewu Cole, is a Canada-based Nigerian RnB singer. Closely watching the likes of Donell Jones and Usher, Prince Hakeem has continued to master his craft of writing and making music that speaks to the heart. Growing up, he wanted to be an accountant like his father but his passion for music has led him to work with producers like Boi1da, Cool and Dre, , the Beat Freaks, Tyler Williams, the man who produced “How low can you go” for Ludacris and many more.
As a writer, he has co-written songs for artistes like Eve and with over a million myspace plays (http://www.myspace.com/hakeemsing), he has decided to bring his talents back home while he still interacts with international producers and artistes. Prince Hakeem believes that he can make beautiful music that is international and still portray the African soul. He is working non-stop in the studio to give his fans good music.
Prince Hakeem will be releasing his mixtape titled “Beautiful Songs About Beautiful Girls” and we are officially releasing 2 songs from the mixtape! “Can’t breathe” and “Dont take your Love”
“I cant breathe” focuses on the feeling of losing the people we love and that hurt that makes us do and say things to get them back. Produced by Tyler Williams, the instrumental still remains the property of the producer.
“Don’t take your love” tells the story of relationships we hate to love but love anyway! Those relationships that don’t seem to be working but need time and patience. It is about us doing the best we can to ensure that those we love don’t walk away! The song is produced by Sound Smith who has worked with artistes like Fabulous, Young Jeezy, Rakim and the Lox.
Prince Hakeem’s next single “Can’t Get Over You” featuring Lloyd and the artwork for his mixtape will be released next week. A release date will be set and communicated next week as well.
“Beautiful Music About Beautiful Girls” is about life with the ladies... the love, the fights, the good times and the annoying times. But at the end of the day, we all know what matters to us... be it the beauty within or the beauty everyone sees... African women are beautiful and this mixtape is dedicated to you all! - Prince Hakeem
